Services

We offer a range of services to our clients that can be summarized in three words: Protection, Opportunity, and Advocacy.

Protection

Everyone living in the U.S. has certain basic rights under the U.S. Constitution—everyone, including people who are undocumented. It’s important for everyone to know their rights if approached by an immigration (ICE) agent as well as how families can best prepare for something happening. We provide “Know Your Rights” presentations in our office and in the community, available in English and Spanish.

Opportunity

When you have sacrificed so much to come to the United States, you must seek out every legal opportunity to stay.

Immigration Legal Services:

  • Waivers or “Pardon” (I-601A, I-601, and I-212)
  • U-Visas (for victims of crime)
  • Family-Based Visa Petitions (US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident spouse, parent, child, brother or sister)
  • Consular Processing (bringing family members to the U.S. from abroad)
  • Petition to Remove Conditions on Permanent Residence (I-751 for conditional resident)
  • DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals)
  • Naturalization (Application for Citizenship)
  • Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)
  • Adjustment of Status (application for Legal Permanent Residence or “green card”)

Advocacy

We believe that the United States is stronger and more rich because of the contributions of immigrants. Our communities and culture thrive when people who hunger for freedom and opportunity come to this country with the hope of living the American dream. When we are not working on your case, we will be asking you and your neighbors to join us as we ask our elected officials to pass comprehensive immigration reform that leads to a path to citizenship for all our clients.
